We are looking for a very creative pastry chef who knows how to focus on the savoury and visual experience of a dessert to join our team. The catch, you will be only working daytime. You are a wine fanatic and eager to discover unique wines, than please respond to our invitation to join our team. You need to have a minimum 5 years’ experience in this relevant field to be able to handle the vast cave we have and the specific demands of our high end clientele whilst having menu pairing knowledge to be able to present new wines to align with the Chef’s menu.
